How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Snappd > Cancel Subscription
Android: Open Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Snappd > Cancel
Can I sync my data across devices?
Yes! When you create an account and sign in, all your habits, journal entries, and achievements automatically sync across all your devices in real-time.
What happens if I relapse or break a streak?
Snappd uses a psychology-first approach. Instead of harsh penalties, we guide you through reflection prompts to help you understand triggers and learn from setbacks. Your progress is never lost - every day is a new opportunity to grow.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently delete all your data within 30 days. You can also email us at privacy@snappd.app to request account deletion.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies. Contact Apple or Google support directly for refund requests. We also offer a 3-day free trial so you can try all features before subscribing.
